    William E. Baker was born May 12, 1938 in Denver, Colorado; he attended College of the Pacific 1959-60 and University of Colorado, 1961-62. He founded his own business in Sacramento, California, in 1963; then relocated to Northampton, Massachusetts, in 1972. His firm was later active in Florence, Massachusetts, 1976. The last record on file has the firm in Hatfield, Massachusetts in 1981 and still active in 1990. The firm was last listed in Hatfield, Massachusetts by the Sphinxaur business locator website, but no date is given.
