Technical Details

Electro-pneumatic (EP) pitman chests.

Three manuals. 3 divisions. 20 stops. 16 registers. 21 ranks. Manual compass is 61 notes. Pedal compass is 32 notes.

The organ is in a gallery at the rear of the room and some pipes are exposed. Traditional style console. The console is in a fixed position, center.

Drawknobs in vertical rows on angled jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals, standard AGO placement. Combination Action: 'Hold and Set' pneumatic/mechanical system. AGO Standard (concave radiating) pedalboard. Crescendo Pedal. Reversible full organ/tutti thumb piston. Reversible full organ/tutti toe stud. Combination action thumb pistons. Combination action toe studs. Coupler reversible thumb pistons. Coupler reversible toe studs.

  • Updated through on-line information from Jeff Scofield. -- Originally had a 7-stop Choir division prepared for, in addition to four other stops; replaced in 1991 by 1962 Aeolian-Skinner Op. 1438, which was moved to St. Luke's by the Range Organ Co. (Database Manager. April 30, 2009)
  • Relocated to St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Dallas when the Aeolian-Skinner was installed here. (James Cook. November 11, 2009)
