Technical Details

Slider chests. Mechanical key action. Mechanical stop action.

One manual. 2 divisions. 13 stops. 13 registers. 8 ranks. Manual compass is 58 notes. Pedal compass is 27 notes.

The organ is in a gallery at the rear of the room and some pipes are exposed. Traditional style console with a keyboard cover that can be lifted to form a music rack. There is an attached keydesk en fenêtre.

Drawknobs in horizontal rows on terraced/stepped jambs. Balanced swell shoes/pedals, not in standard AGO position. No combination action. Flat straight pedalboard.

Notes

  • Identified through on-line information from David Lewis. -- Installed in 1898. Original leather on reservoir. Cone-tuned. Quimby Pipe Organs tuned organ in 1993 and replaced collapsed Dulciana rank with ca. 1900 Kilgen Dulciana. According to church officials, the organ had not seen a technician in the prior 40-60 years. Two stage mechanical combination action missing. Electric blower added at unknown date. (Database Manager. 2009-06-05)
